Returns Policy

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully despatched to you – and we hope that you are happy with your purchase.

If, however, if you wish to return your item(s) within 7 days of purchase, the following conditions must be met:

• All items must be unused (except for trying on purposes only). We are unable to accept any returns on items that have any sign of wear or damage to any part.

• All Items must be in their original packaging.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Please note: No returns on sale items.

Return by courier:

You can return items to No Sink Heels Ltd within 14 days of purchase. 

What to do:

• Complete returns form (click here) and enclose it, together with your returned item(s). Goods cannot be returned without this information

• For your protection, we advise you return items via tracked mail/courier (retain your postage receipt)

• If the item is in original condition we will process the refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your return. This should show on your credit card within 1 – 7 business days. For any exchanges you will be notified via email on approximate delivery time of exchange.

• Refunds will only be made to the original credit card used for purchase.
